1. What types of ceramic products does Solaraft offer? We offer a wide range of beautiful, functional ceramics, including:

  • Coffee & tea sets

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your ceramic products food-safe and durable? Yes! All our ceramics are made with high-quality, food-safe materials and fired at high temperatures for strength and durability. Most items are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe (hand washing recommended for longevity).

7. How do I care for my ceramic items?

  • Dishwasher safe (top rack preferred)
  • Microwave safe (avoid extreme temperature changes)
  • Hand wash with mild soap for best results
  • Avoid dropping or hitting hard surfaces Specific care instructions are included with each product.
